Being a couple is a shared experience, as well as the combination of two people’s individual experiences. For this reason, it is important to pay attention to each partner’s emotions, habits, story and perception individually at first. I will help you to understand the habits and beliefs that interfere with having a deeply satisfying relationship. By understanding the individual patterns that affect your relationship, it will help you to work together as team and liberate you. As I understand each others personal experience, I will utilize a variety of counselling methods, tailoring an approach that best meets your individual and couple preferences and needs.
In this healing process, couples need to wibe responsive to the needs of the relationship and responsive to the needs of each individual thin the relationship. For couples counselling to be effective, both partners need to be willing to take responsibility for their own healing journey and be motivated to repair the relationship. If you are both willing to explore your problems from a new perspective and realistic expectations, you will be able to begin the process of change needed to move forward to your desired relationship.
