Born and raised in France from a very young age, I discovered a passion for culture and people. Studying Anthropology to learn and support communities worldwide, I moved to Vancouver, BC, on the Unceded Coast Salish territories, where I became a teacher.

In the last few years, my calling to guide and support people has increased. As a result, I was certified as a Life Coach and Professional Counsellor. To lead and teach by example, I realized that guiding people was fulfilling, but the work needed to start within. 

In this personal journey, I consulted Coaches, Counsellors and more; but my true transformation came with Counselling Hypnotherapy and, more specifically, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

Finally, I understood the deeply rooted causes of my negative beliefs and habits and effectively healed myself to break the cycle.

As a Therapist, it’s my journey that supports me in guiding and supporting you, using techniques of Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Coaching that I’ve experienced, believe in and successfully deliver to clients.

My therapy methods are highly effective, and I always create a safe, compassionate and caring relationship to reach your wildest goals and dreams.
